  • Procrastination's a Curse

I'm pretty sure the rest of the world can share the one, deadly disease that transports through air. Slowly dissolving into us, enticing us into a life we wish to repel. Then we watch as our world once familiar becomes an obscure mirage, a facade that's building up. A reality that's crashing down.

What do we strive for after it's taken us over?

    NOTHING.

Once it's in us its a fate unable to deny. No matter the thought and hard work put into undoing this curse bestowed upon us, it'll spread and spread and spread further. Becoming more permanent than time that's left it's mark. And that's like a stain that couldn't be washed out, no matter how much bleach or -insert clothes cleaning liquid brand name- we force into it.

With so many victims, effected by this, what can we do? Fight? The answer is:

    NOTHING.

Sad, is it not? But I'd rather just live my life knowing it's there than refusing to accept the truth. I'm a veteran of this virus. Need proof? Here are a few stories.

    - When I was in 5th grade, I was playing clarinet in band. While looking up at our instructor, Mr.R, he had announced that next week, on Tuesday, we'd have to give in a short 3-4 paragraph "report" about band, how we liked it, dislikes, comments, experiences, and anything else related to that. So here's how I went about it: (That day was Tuesday, of course)
                                               - Tuesday (Same Day): Didn't do it.
                                               - Wednesday: Didn't do it.
                                               - Thursday: Didn't do it.
                                               - Friday: Damn I should get on this crap, Ill do it later. -Gasp- Didn't do it!
                                               - Saturday: I ain't doin this on a Saturday! I'm getting on my MMORPG games and
                                                  start PKing nublets!
                                               - Sunday: Argh I'll get on it.. (3 Hours Later) W00T LEVEL 80 HERE I COME!
                                               - Monday: Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! I have to do eeetttt (Didnt do it)
                                               - Tuesday(Morning): Argh, this is gay. -Type type type, copy and paste a pic.
                                               - Wednesday: Looking up at the bulliten board, I got a 100%! Damn stright!

-So another time I had to do a science lab. Hand it in on monday, get a 96% or up. That was my plan. But I spent my time glued to the computer, watching anime. (Lame, huh...) And catching up on the latest manga updates of Naruto and other mangas you probably don't know. So I end up coming In empty handed, but the teacher doesn't know. So then I rush it same night, hand it in on Tuesday with some lame excuse saying that I forgot to give it in on Monday, but I had it. She only took 2 points off. Yay, I got a 97!%

-Another time we had this crappy math thing to do. Of course, same story. I sat in the back rows and copied all the answers and work as we went through it. I agree,  I'm a sloth. Im cheap and lazy and a sneak. Start flaming, I know I have it coming.

I think I'll leave it here, and up to you, Xanga. Tell me about some of your procrastination moments. Lazy, regretted, tell me everything. I'd love to know and hear from you all.

But goodbye for now. I have an English hw piece I need to get crackin on.

  • S.S. Procrastination

I just got off the phone with my best friend, Mandi, informing her about our S.S. notes. We had decided to share notes, deeming that we both did not have enough will to typed up 6 pages of bullets about the Roman Empire. We could've done it on our own on Friday or Saturday, but we both agreed that neither of us had the spark of motivation. Usually I've force myself until around 7 PM to get all 3 sections done, and so would she. But we thought about it, and estimated about a good 4 hours would be lost to our own leisure.

We also agreed on this deal because of our hate for S.S. It's boring and a lot to remember. I don't see why our teacher just can't let us photocopy the textbook information that would be needed. And yet she would feel that we are plagiarizing, when the whole class would have to choice but to summarize in their own words when it comes to an essay. If we did take the textbook's words, we'd be expelled.

Then again, you could say taking notes would help us remember. But wouldn't reading our notes help us as well? It's a constant thought train going on in my mind.

It was a problem for Mandi and I, since there were 3 sections only. Originally, we had thought that there were 4 sections- 2 sections each. But a little math and we had divided section 2 into paragraphs, then into sentences. Then it came down to 1 uneven line. We (I) flipped a coin. Looks like she has a bit extra work to do.

Ok so I admit, I only counted a full 9 pages, front and back, and then have her the larger portion to do. I was going to split the uneven page but she immediately had said, "Okay, so I start there?" Then I gave up, I was too tired to speak more than I cough. (I'm sick, no it's NOT Swine Flu, you overreactive people.) I'd apologize but I can't bring myself to call her on my cell.

I guess I've wasted enough time on this. Time to get down to work. -Sigh-

  • What is the weirdest thing you have eaten?

    Feta Cheese and Goat Cheese.

I don't really think this would qualify as "weird" but they're both revolting in my opinion.

I just answered this Featured Question; you can answer it too!

  • Tch- Youtube

I'm writing for the first time when I really should be sleeping. I'm sweating and sighing deeply, wondering why I can't bring myself to reach for my waterbottle. Ok enough with my pointless rambling, now onto my purpose today.

I was recently on Youtube and found a lot of videos that were both creepy and funny. I laughed at "TehNoobShow" and smiled at "VenetianPrincess". I blinked and coughed slightly at others. I won't mention them, since I'm on my way to forgetting the whole thing.

I caught up with my best friend's YouTube channel, Mtangel17, and commented on all her 4 videos. I don't even think she knows I'm that channel.I should probably tell her  at school, huh? (More off topic stuff)

I had logged onto my Youtube channel, then updated, favorited, and stuff. I spent a while looking for a valid channel picture/icon. I had to settle on a rose. I'd have liked the pretty anime girl, although.

I was thinking about who was the most subscribed person in Youtube. Although nobody will probably answer, who knows?

And I also chanegd my current handwritten signature. So I'd betetr show it to my friends soon.

I have other stuff to do so I guess I'll be done for now.
